I spent yesterday afternoon at RTE Television Studios in Dublin filming a programme for broadcast later this year - Eye2Eye. The idea of the show is for young readers and aspiring writers to gather and ask questions of a group of authors, in this case Darren Shan, Ruth Gilligan and myself (pictured left with the show’s presenter Sinead Kennedy.) We each read from our novels as well.
A very enjoyable afternoon, livened up considerably by some very engaged and interesting young people. I’m not sure what date it’s being broadcast yet but will post on the site when it is. Thanks to all the young readers who attended the filming for making the day so worthwhile.
